Job Description:
Commercial HVAC Mechanical Service Technicians and Installers are needed.
As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, technical expertise, and a dedication to ensuring our clients' systems operate efficiently.
As a Commercial HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of new units, retro fits, hydronic piping, controls, electrical. Additionally the ability to install roof top units, split systems, water source heat pumps, mini splits and sheet metal work. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality installations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including but not limited to rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and air handling units, water source heat pumps & cooling towers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements of components.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are operating at optimal levels and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Installation of mechanical equipment and controls.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including effective communication with clients to explain service details and address inquiries.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and maintenance schedules.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Experience is preferred, but not required. We can train you.
