Form of workOur company is looking to hire an experienced HVAC Fabrication technician to work in our Fabrication shop in Corpus Christi, TX. As a Commercial HVAC Fabrication Technician, you will be responsible for fabricating various components and systems used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) installations. Working in a fabrication shop environment, you will utilize your skills in sheet metal fabrication, and assembly to produce high-quality HVAC ductwork, fittings, and other components according to specifications and industry standards.
Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing production environments with a strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience using hand tools and common shop equipment to perform various manufacturing operations
- Preferred experience in manufacturing assembly and fabrication
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions explicitly or innovate, depending on situation.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to read design specifications and technical drawings.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and to work alongside peers.
