Salary Range $135 to 180k
Requirements:

• The Solutions Architect must have a master’s degree with ten (10) plus years (with a minimum of five years of experience in Salesforce) of hands-on full stack experience as team lead/architect developing architectures and solutions using agile/SAFe methodologies preferably in federal space.
• The Solutions Architect must have a combination of Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, and Salesforce Developer certifications, Agile/SAFe and or demonstrate equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and development of complex technical solutions tailored to meet clients' business requirements. Utilize deep expertise in various technologies and platforms to architect scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
• Client Consultation and Requirements Analysis: Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. Conduct thorough requirements analysis to identify opportunities for innovative solutions that address client pain points and deliver value.
• Technical Leadership and Guidance: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of architects and developers. Offer guidance on best practices, architectural principles, and emerging technologies to ensure solutions are designed and implemented effectively.
• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Solution Documentation and Presentations: Create comprehensive solution documentation, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications. Present solutions to clients and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting key benefits and technical considerations.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in solution architecture. Continuously evaluate new tools and methodologies to enhance solution offerings and drive innovation within the organization.

The Location: This position can be done remotely! Additionally, we have an office at Reston Town Center, 11900 Market St, Reston, VA 20190, that employees can use.
