Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel to job sites in service areas
- Work with dispatch for scheduled maintenance
- Install, maintain, and repair cooking equipment for commercial client
- Diagnostics and repairs of electrical and mechanical Commercial Equipment
- Parts ordering, billing, manufacturer communication
- Perform on call duty in rotation with location/department
- Maintain company vehicle
- Possess a valid Texas Driver’s License
- Clean driving record and background check
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (Strongly preferred)
- Computers skills
- High school or GED equivalent
- 2+ years working with commercial kitchen equipment/refrigeration
- Universal EPA
