As a Lead Commercial Dock & Door Installer, you will be at the forefront of our field operations, conducting site checks and installing various dock and door equipment. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough site inspections and prepare detailed reports.
• Lead and execute the installation of Commercial Docks and doors.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth field operations.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• 3+ years of experience in dock and door installation (candidates with slightly less experience but high skill levels may be considered).
• Proven track record of leading installation projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining a fun, yet professional work environment.
