Commercial Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years large commercial project experience in construction management, on-site superintendent
• Familiarity with construction management software, Field Wire, Blue Beam, Excel spreadsheets, Fast Track
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be willing to relocate to project sites, work may be in Washington, Montana, Idaho, Colorado.  Housing provided.
