Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results that align with our company’s goals and objectives.
Job Duties:
- Visit projects and work with clients to ensure their goals are being met
- Build rapport with our clients and our employees
- Managing schedules of the field crew
- Coordinate and manage budgets from the estimating department
- Quality control
- Perform material take off and prepare the project for field crew
- Writing Change Orders, RFIs
- Mission - To serve our Employees and Clients
Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP or other relevant certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Commercial Construction
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Commercial Construction standards is advantageous
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Procore or specific project management software
- Previous construction industry knowledge
- Previous office administrative work
