Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Commercial Cleaning operations for multiple locations
- This is a working supervisor position until work capacity requires full time supervisor role
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Supervise and train cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory of cleaning products and equipment, ordering replacements as necessary
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or Commercial Cleaning is required
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, including proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and vendors
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
