- Perform custodial and cleaning tasks in various commercial and industrial facilities

- Conduct floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing

- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials
- Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel

- Strong knowledge and experience in commercial cleaning and custodial duties
- Proficiency in floor care techniques, including buffing, waxing, and maintaining various types of flooring
- Ability to clean and maintain a variety of surfaces and materials
- Knowledge of proper cleaning products and equipment usage
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or tasks as needed
