Commercial Cleaner (Part Time)

DCC is a family-owned and operated commercial cleaning company hiring hard

working, detail orientated, and collaborative individuals for a part-time cleaning

technician position and as-needed position. This position is perfect for retirees, college

and high school students, or individuals who have a full-time job and are seeking a part-time job to accrue additional income. As a part-time cleaning technician, you will be

assigned specific jobs on days and times.

Compensation:

 Hourly pay begins at $15-$20 and will increase depending on performance

 We are employee focused

 Bi-weekly paychecks through direct-deposit or check

 Based on performance, promotions are available

Requirements (Must need all listed):

◦ Available to be on time when scheduled (unless emergency or illness)

◦ Reliable transportation and smart phone

◦ Ability to handle physical workload and lift a minimum of 35lbs.

◦ Attention to detail

◦ Organizational skills

◦ Collaborative and positive attitude

◦ Strong communication skills

◦ Able to pass background check and a drug screening

◦ Valid Driver’s License, with clean driving record

◦ Misdemeanor/felony free

Availability for Schedule (Schedules are flexible based on your availability):

 Day, Evening, and Night options

 Weekends and Weekdays

 Extended hours (10-12)

 4-hour shifts

 Rotating Shifts

 Split Shifts

Location Requirements:

 This position requires individuals to travel in areas from Parkton, Maryland

throughout the Ellicott City, Maryland territory.
