Job Description:
- Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territories, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.
- Grow, develop and follow up with customer base by utilizing a systematic Business Development process to identify new commercial prospects and cultivate relationships using marketing materials like SERVPRO® Key Differentiators, Emergency Ready Plan, National sponsorships, and others to market and sell SERVPRO® Services.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Fire Chasing and being a priority responder to known loss and emergency leads in real time and selling SERVPRO® Services to commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up and attending appointments, maintaining and following up with assigned contact lists.
- HIGHLY motivated, organized and willingness to be flexible to changing business needs
- Experienced self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role
- Participating in professional associations, providing lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education courses Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discussing benefits of emergency event preparation.
- Travel to industry events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships with clients.
- Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates and monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met.
- Cold call, generate new leads and prospect accounts.
- The ability and confidence to deliver in a high-pressure environment during Fire Chasing.
Qualifications:
- A minimum 5 years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience, Business Development, customer service, follow up, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must be a "go-getter", self-starter, and achiever
- Experience in the property management, real estate, title agency and/or restoration or insurance industry is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of current business software technologies and knowledge of iPad is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience is preferred.
Commission:
- This role is highly based off of commission.
