Job Description:
The Commercial Analytics Director leads a team of data scientists and analysts to support small package pricing science models and advanced analytics for Rate and Pricing initiatives and execution. This position serves a key role in understanding business needs for Sales, Marketing and Pricing functions, and how those teams can leverage big data, analytics, and systems to optimize revenue and profit growth through our rate structures and pricing channels.
Combining business and financial acumen with expertise in UPS data and advanced analytics, this role effectively collaborates and communicates with business stakeholders across functions to provide data-driven, actionable insights and institutionalized tools and models to influence senior leadership decision-making.
