College Internships (Rotational Management Experience Training Program)

Troon is excited to announce the Internship Program for the summer of 2024!  

Strategically aligned with Troon’s Mission Statement and Guiding Principles, this Internship Program combines hands-on learning, interactive discussions, and individual coaching to effectively educate and develop students into future Troon leaders.

These internships are designed to give students first-hand experience into the world of a golf club General Manager. Interns will rotate throughout various departments of the club, and interact with both the club GM and management team to help gain a more thorough picture of all that is involved with running a successful club facility.

Successful candidates will have a passion for the club industry and are looking to experience a wide range of departments and activities.

Internships will start in late spring/early summer and will last 3-6 months, depending on the intern and facility needs.
