We are looking for a new member of our College Advising team to help students achieve their educational goals. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in education and enjoys helping students stay on track with their school work and extracurricular activities. An experienced College Advisor is adept at communicating with students, parents and teachers and has the ability to provide general advice, application assistance and support.

As Class 101 Irving’s Senior Specialist you will be working with all of our seniors to ensure they are meeting the college application deadlines. You will also be compensated for any new students you sign up for Class 101. This job is hybrid and you will need to be able to commute to our Irving location as needed.
Senior Specialist Performance Requirements-
Meet all training requirements
Establish and maintain senior meetings, parent meetings, and senior events.
Maintain professional work environment
Meet and maintain monthly and quarterly goals
Make sure all seniors meet their deadlines
Facilitate in person senior submit parties and senior signing day initiatives
Complete 2 local college visits
Customer service. Follow up with parents throughout the year on upcoming deadlines.
Help all families complete FAFSA
Attend at least one National conference
Create and update senior scholarship page
Complete Sales Presentations
Complete senior report at the end of the school year
Organize Online events and participate in Facebook lives
Make sure student accounts on CPP are up to date and notes are entered correctly and shared with parents in a timely manner.
Preferable but not required-
Previous experience working with FAFSA, college applications, college essays, and other college admissions aspects.
Bilingual
The Senior Specialist will receive monthly payment based on set responsibilities. Payments are made to the Senior Specialist between the 1st and 5th of each month. If the 5th falls on a weekend, payments will be made the Monday following the 5th.
Base Pay-
$25 an hour for all individual college planning meetings
Commission-
Full package sale with payment plan-$300
Full package sale with full payment-$700
