Collector/Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated resolution specialist/collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in collections, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Contact debtors by phone, email, and/or mail to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Document all collection efforts and maintain accurate records of debtor communications.
• Research debtor accounts and make recommendations for next steps.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to debtor inquiries and payments where necessary.
• Must be knowledgeable of the legal aspects of collections (including FDCPA).
