• Must have Collections background
• Must have strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with clients over the phone.
• Demonstrated ability to meet collection targets and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have knowledge of QuickBooks

Description:

• The Collections Specilaits will be making outbound phone calls to clients to collect overdue payments. This role includes heavy phonce call use.
• The Collections Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
