Onsite position at the Green Bay, WI finance office.

Mandatory paid training in Milwaukee for the first 3 weeks.

Collections Representative Responsibilities:

• Collections account management
• Customer service
• Help ensure branch compliance
• Assist with lending/credit origination

Hours for Collections Representative:

• Full-time (40 hours)
• 5-day work week
• No Sundays
• Most Saturdays 8-5 with a weekday off
• Two weekday shifts of 11-8
• Two weekday shifts of 8-5
• Occasional overtime with OT pay

Collections Representative Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer retention, collections, or sales
• Manager, team leader, or senior level is a plus
• Good customer service & computer skills
• Able to work the hours listed
• Able to pass a drug screen & background check
• Able to train in Milwaukee for 3 weeks

Training Plan for Collections Representative:

• Mandatory 3-week classroom training in Milwaukee
• Paid training with paid expenses
• Ongoing training after the initial training class
