Hybrid Account Resolution Representative

The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking motivated individuals to join our rapidly growing team of Account Resolution Representatives (Hybrid). Our hybrid work model combines the best of both worlds with three (3) days in office at our Beloit, WI location and two (2) days remote. As an Account Resolution Representative, you will place and receive phone calls to/from patients to negotiate and establish payment on medical accounts. What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls in a timely and professional manner to successfully perform collections activity
• Utilize negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results
• Adhere to all FDCPA, FCRA, HIPPA and other applicable laws

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ years’ experience working in a Collections, Call Center or Customer Service function where contact with the public was a part of daily duties
• Ability to enter and update data on company and/or client systems in an accurate, timely manner
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong organization skills. The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Focus upon customer service and deliverables
• Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling and assignments, to include regular evening and Saturday work as the business requires
• Ability to work successfully and cooperatively within a team-based environment
• Bilingual candidates will provide additional support for bilingual calls

Wage:

• $16.00/hr plus monthly commission opportunities.
• $500 guarantee monthly bonus for the first 3 months on the phones.

Hybrid Schedule:

• As a hybrid employee you’ll work three days per week onsite in our Beloit, WI location and two days per week from the comfort of your own home.
• Monday (remote) from 12:00pm - 9:00pm, Tuesday through Thursday onsite in the Beloit, WI office from 8:00am - 5:00pm, Fridays (remote) from 8:00am - 5:00pm, with one Friday a month working 10:00am - 7:00pm and one Saturday (remote) per month from 9:00am - 1:00pm.

Training Hours:

• Training is MANDATORY during the first four weeks Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. You will be required to be onsite in the Beloit office during this time.
