POSITION SUMMARY:
Creditors Rights Law Firm in downtown Oklahoma City is seeking a full-time inbound call collector / customer service representative. This position will be responsible for managing incoming calls from consumers who seek to establish payment agreements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Professionally and respectfully establish payment agreements requested by consumers on consumer debts
- Ensure the information provided by consumers is accurately entered in our system
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills receiving Inbound calls from customers
- Record and update full and complete account information to aid in account resolution
- Successfully complete training and strict adherence to state and federal laws and regulations
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate should be energetic, flexible, empathetic, and must have a positive, professional attitude.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of our industry.
- Reliability, dependability, and honesty a must.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must work well under pressure
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
- Ability to use standard office equipment, basic computer skills, ability to use a keyboard and calculator.
- Ability to refer to policy and procedures when applying information and making decisions.
- Ability to think quickly.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalency required.
- Minimum of two years collections experience in our industry.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- Employee must be available during the “core” work hours of the selected schedule and is expected to work during assigned office hours. Office Hours are Monday thru Thursday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
