Collections Clerical Associate

This is on-site conveniently located in Naperville, IL!

Our Collections Department is highly energized and fast paced. We demand high levels of energy, attention to detail and the utmost integrity.
As a Collections Clerical Associate, you will:

• Scanning all Real Estate, Consumer Loans, Credit Card and Negative Share correspondence.
• Process all payments received in the Collections Department.
• Review and prepare documentation of bills/invoices received.
• Send files to third party collection agency.
• Prepare all monthly files.

What you will bring to the team:

• Associate degree or 2 years equivalent work experience
• Excellent clerical and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of the financial industry

Work schedule within a 40-hour work week:
Monday- Friday 8:45- 5:15
