We are looking for a Collections Professionals with 3+ Years of Auto Finance Experience responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

• Collecting on loan's anywhere from 60+ days past due.
• Resolving routine billing inquiries and negotiating payment arrangements to cure delinquent accounts.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly goals to help assure accounts are current and customers are educated, while still providing a high level of customer service and staying within all FDCPA guidelines.
• Assist other departments and team members as needed, we are a small company so want someone okay with rolling up their sleeves and jumping in to help other departments and team members as needed.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills, bilingual English Spanish is preferred .
• A minimum of 2-5 years of collections and customer service experience at another auto-finance company with a track record of success!
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with customers and co-workers.

Pay Rate Range: $20-25/hr
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
