Paid Training (remote) Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm!
After Training hours:
2-3 Late Shifts 10am-7pm
2-3 Dayshift 8am-5pm
Pay rate is $13 per hour plus a performance-based incentive after training(average of $100-$300/ Monthly)
The Collections Agent is responsible for effectively negotiating the resolution of early stage past due accounts on behalf of clients while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contact individuals or businesses to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
- Follow company policies and procedures for debt collection
- Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial information
- Utilize revenue cycle management techniques to maximize collections
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and phone etiquette while dealing with difficult situations
- Experience in accounts payable or collections is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
