Job description

We provide every incoming employee with individualized training to ensure that they are experts on Becker's use of above-industry-standard software and in their role.
Duties:

  1. Prepare initial demand letters, notice of intent to foreclose letters and liens.
  2. Communicate with delinquent owners via phone, email and letter correspondence as needed.
  3. Process payments from owners and prepare balance due letters, payoff letters, estoppels, etc.
  4. Prepare and generate the complaint packages and all foreclosure Motions.
  5. Prepare and generate Stipulations for Settlement if necessary.
  6. Prepare and generate the Motion for Summary Judgment including the Certification of Amount Due and Certification of Services Rendered.
  7. Calendar motion return dates for attorney and follow up to confirm date/time of hearing.
  8. Prepare and generate the Final judgment application and/or Motions.
  9. Prepare and generate post judgment enforcement, including but not limited to Communication with clients regarding status of actions.
  10. Communication with clients regarding status of actions
  11. Prepare monthly status reports

Bank Actions
  1. Pull Mortgage/Satisfaction Search
  2. Prepare Answer/Affirmative Defenses.
  3. Monitor status of lender's action.

  1. Prepare cover letter to the Judge.
  2. Prepare hearing folder for attorney to take to hearing.
  3. Writs of Execution and Wage garnishments.

Education and Experience:
  • Proficient in the use of technology applications such as a case management software, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Must be a team player and willing to help others in their department whenever necessary.
  • Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented and be able to multi-task.
  • Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance.
