We have an immediate opening for a talented Credit Analyst to join our team in our Los Angeles office. This career path could lead to supervisory and management-level credit and securities operation opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze and review client accounts and account activity
- Apply regulatory and firm exposure rules and regulations
- Review and monitor trading activity
- Engage with Branches and Operations, and support internal stakeholders in Regional Offices, Financial Reporting, Risk, and Operations Teams
- Support fast paced Wealth Management Branch business
- Issue daily notices and process payouts and transfers within firm or outside firm
- Responsible for approving and entering wires, ACH and journal requests
- Assist with other financial operations
- Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in Business, Finance, or other related fields
- 2-years' minimum experience in Credit or Margin required
- Knowledge of margin day trading, cash restrictions, violations, short option calculations, margin regulatory exceptions relative to REGT and FINRA 4210
- Strong computer/software skills and ability to learn new and proprietary software
- Experience in Regulation T and 4210 Margin requirements
- BETA or FIS SCM Credit platforms experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail oriented, ability to prioritize daily work flow, and ability to work independently

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000-$75,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance.
