What you'll own

• Serve as a Collaborating Physician for NPs and PAs across disciplines, entering into a formal collaborative agreement.
• Hold a monthly group video meeting with relevant NP/PA collaborators.
• Do monthly chart review, per state requirements, typically 10%.
• Provide oversight and consultation regarding clinical matters.
• Maintain flexible fractional hours, owning your own schedule. Typically 1 hour/month per collaboration.

What you should bring

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with active licensure.
• Board-certification, when applicable.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Commitment to uphold ethical standards and best practices in clinical care.

• Are you a practicing psychiatrist who has a medical license in California, is board-certified in psychiatry, and is in good standing?
• Have you worked as a Collaborating Physician for NPs and PAs in the past? Do you have availability for an NP collaboration in California? (There's a max of 4 collaborations per physician.)
• Have you ever been convicted of a criminal offense related to health care, or listed by a federal agency as debarred, excluded or otherwise ineligible for federal program participation?
