Responsibilities include:
- Relocate and move soda fountains.
- Light Refrigeration (Training Available).
- Diagnose, service/repair and install soda fountain machines.
- Ensure proper functionality (clean, test and repair equipment before and after installation) of machines for the consumer to use.
- Maintain accurate parts inventory: Use handheld computer device to manage, document, stock, and change parts for quality assurance and excellent customer care.
- Report inventory accurately for business accountability.
- Respond to calls for service promptly with a positive attitude.
- Engage on your calls to provide the best service to the customer, and yourself.
- Complete all call related tasks in a timely fashion.
- Maintain all required certifications.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Cold and Frozen Beverage experience.
- Must have own hand tools.
