The Perch is a beverage-focused hotspot located downtown on the hike and bike trail, overlooking Lady Bird Lake - an oasis in the center of a booming urban community. We are looking for some great people to join our dedicated team!
At The Perch, we have a passion for specialty coffee, local beer, quality wine and more. Our counter service cafe is accepting applications for friendly, charismatic hospitality professionals who display a genuine drive, curiosity, and desire to learn and perform. If you have some or all of the following traits, we'd love to hear from you:
- Excellent customer service and sense of hospitality
- Passion for coffee, wine, beer and food
- Previous experience at a professional food service establishment, bar, or Coffee Shop
Duties include:
- Crafting excellent coffee and espresso beverages
- Guiding customers toward food and beverage sales
- Working weekends
- Other typical cafe duties: Customer service, food preparation, restocking products, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 32 per week
