Job Summary

A Cocktail/Bottle Hostess is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers who purchase premium bottles of alcohol at nightclubs, bars, and restaurants. The job requires excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibility is to provide customers with a luxurious experience, ensuring they receive prompt and attentive service while they enjoy their bottle service experience. The primary focus is selling and serving liquor bottles to customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities· Greet customers and assist them in selecting a bottle of alcohol from the menu.

· Provide customers with detailed information about the different types of alcohol and make recommendations based on their preferences.

· Prepare and serve the bottle of alcohol along with appropriate mixers and garnishes.

· Ensure that the customer's area is well-stocked with ice, glasses, and other necessary supplies.

· Engage with customers, build rapport, and provide an overall enjoyable experience.

· Handle cash and credit card transactions, including processing tips.· Take orders for bottle service and ensure that the correct bottles are delivered to the table.

• Answer questions about the different types of liquor available and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire experience, from initial greeting to final payment.
• Monitor customer consumption and ensure that they are not over-served or intoxicated.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar and service station.
• Assist with cleaning and closing duties at the end of the night.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Hosting a nightclub is a professional job that requires you to act calm and collected and stay focused on your partygoers' enjoyment.

Working Conditions

An Attendant in a fast-paced and noisy environment, with exposure to loud music, flashing lights, and crowds. The work may involve standing for extended periods, requiring lifting, and carrying heavy items. The work schedule may include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
