Brief Job Description

As a Cocktail Waitress, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests by taking orders, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in our establishment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Availability: Must have full availability for day, swing, grave shifts, work extended hours, weekends, and holidays. as this is an on-call/extra position.
• Cash Handling: Proficiency in handling cash and processing various forms of payment accurately.
• Previous experience in a similar waitress setting.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• ability to obtain and maintain TAM/Health Cards

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take their beverage orders.
• Be familiar with all property features and services to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor.
• Maintain complete knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink.
• Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supplies, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas.
• Communicate orders through Bartender ensuring transactions are recorded accurately.
• Perform all other job related duties as requested.
