Cocktail Server

G-Texas Catering has full-time, part-time, seasonal openings for enthusiastic, customer service driven Cocktail Servers to serve our amazing customers at AT&T Performing Arts Center.

Job Title: Cocktail Servers

Location: Dallas Arts District

Pay: $15 plus tips

Schedule: Flexible

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage recipes
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in a dining establishment
- Culinary knowledge is a plus, as it can enhance the customer experience
- Effective time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
