As a Coat Shop Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Efficient maintenance of shop equipment
• Conducting initial inspections of equipment that come into the shop
• Inspections of incoming and outgoing products to ensure accuracy and quality
• Operating over-head cranes and occasional fork-lift
• Perform paint and final clean up before they are sent back to the fields for services
• Operating and maintain repair equipment to complete day to day tasks
• Attending pre-job safety meetings on location
• Constant use of PPE like such as coveralls, hard-hat, gloves (job dependent), safety shoes and shields
• Performing other related duties as instructed by supervisor
• Operating all equipment in a safe and responsible manner

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience, preferred
• Experience working with basic hand tools
• Experience with paint and body, preferred
• Mechanical aptitude
• Must have high regards to safety and quality
• Must be compliant to all Baker Hughes policies and procedures
• Conduct all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes HSE policies
• First Aid training is an added plus
• Must be able to lift 50lbs with assistance as needed

• 3rd Shift - with a shift differential
• Sunday - Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:00am
• Must be open to work on either first or second shifts as required and on call basis
