Position Highlights

• Part-time, Contract 1099
• Hours/Week: 25 - 40 hours (Monday - Friday, Eastern Standard Business Hours)
• Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Work Schedule: Flexible - Weekdays, Mornings (optional), Afternoons ideal, Evenings are optional

Position Responsibilities will include:

• Deep understanding of executive function skills and Illuminos coaching methodologies (taught in our training)
• Coordination of numerous people, calendars, and curriculums across different locations
• and time zones with strong oversight and management skills
• Manage training and certification of coaches
• Read all coach session notes and provide constructive feedback to coaches working
• one-on-one with students on executive function curriculum and subject matter support
• feedback
• Prepare and send coach drafted bi-weekly reports to parents and others in students
• circle of support
• Hold bi-weekly coach check-in meetings regarding work with students
• Manage coach life-cycle process and execution
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Provide educational information related to executive function skills and methodologies and learning differences
• Research, identify, and provide continuing education opportunities for coach team
• Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly learn and work within our cms - Keap/InfusionSoft, Basecamp, G-Suite, QBO, Calendly, and Slack
• Work on multiple projects at the same time efficiently and effectively
• Work closely with Parent Liaison/Onboarding Specialist to support students and match students with the right coach
• Communicate effectively and sometimes via multiple channels with coaches as part of coordination efforts
• Encourage and build a strong team
• Create processes for maintaining organization and effective use of time for onboarding, management, matching, and providing ongoing support amongst a very fast-paced growing company
• Feel comfortable offering ways to improve the business and customer-facing processes
• Identify challenges, be comfortable with professional conflict, call out the problems, and solve them in a practical and team-oriented manner.
• Project manage, plan tasks and manage meetings
• Interview and provide recommendations regarding new coach candidates; provide timely and thorough feedback
• Reporting to the President & Co-Founder and working directly with her and the rest of the leadership team

Tools you will need to come equipped with:

• People Management Experience
• Experience working with students, ideally experience with learning differences
• Energy, passion, honesty, and strong communication skills
• Ability to coach, mentor, train coaches
• Receive constuctive feedback and implement changes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A good work ethic with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to write professionally, persuasively, and in a customer service focused manner
• Be a self-starter, willing to jump in and find solutions
• Be solution-oriented and a creative problem solver
• A team player who doesn’t allow pride to get in the way of success
• Knowledge of Google Drive - Docs, Sheets, Forms, and other software noted above
• Effective Project Management skills
• Humility, Dedication, and a Can-Do Attitude
