The Contracts Intern position will assist the Contracts department with activities which include, but are not limited to:
This intern will gain insight into the Contracting process, terms and conditions, and Federal and Defense regulations governing DoD contracts and subcontracts.The candidate must be detail-oriented and have a working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel and Word.

- Drafting/editing correspondence and proposal elements
- Contract structure compliance
- Data calls; weekly and monthly reports
- Department process improvement initiatives including developing and processing user-friendly tracking systems
- Contract Closeout and gathering/preparing files for records management

Requirements
- Must have US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if needed.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited educational institution and working towards a bachelor's degree
