Your Key Responsibilities
- Gain insight into different areas of controlling / financial analysis within Schaeffler Group
- Participate in management discussions as an observer to get further insights in the steering of a company
- Help to develop a standardized tools for month forecasting and the impact to the P&L
- Development of individual projects that can be prepared and presented to management
- Further support of the team with Ad-hoc requests
- Bachelor's Degree in either Accounting, Finance or Engineering (either completed or currently enrolled in university)
- Creative hands-on individual who has good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Possession of problem-solving skills and ability to be self-directed
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and interest in Power-BI, SAC, or similar.
- Experience with SAP a plus
