VRG is excited to say that we are partnering with Starbucks with a new location opening in the NEW Newark Airport Terminal A this Fall. VRG will be opening one of the largest Starbucks locations in a U.S. airport! EWR travelers will enjoy the experience of their neighborhood gathering place in the comfort of this location offering the latest in technology, comfort, great coffee ... all served with the highest of Guest standards.

We are proud to be part of the new Newark Terminal A expansion with the Port Authority and Munich Airport NJ, LLC as well as our partner brands ... Starbucks, Shake Shack, Bluestone Lane, and Zaros. We will also have our own brands ... Office Tavern Grill, TOWN Bar, and The Market. At this new terminal, we will offer the New Jersey Experience and a JOURNEY OF SURPRISES for the travelers!

The Co - Manager will be operating a quick service restaurant, or a full-service concept with involvement in guest service, hiring, training, the P&L and scheduling. A background check and valid driver's license is required for this position.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in an airport environment but not necessary
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of restaurant operations
• Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
• Must be able to coach and develop others
• Minimum 1 years of P&L responsibilities
