Carlson Tool & Manufacturing is seeking experienced 2nd Shift CNC Machinists to create a wide variety of precision components by programming and operating Mazak Lathe!

What you need to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience programming/operating CNC Lathe machines.
- Ability to program using Mazatrol is required.
- Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
- Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.
- Knowledge of Mastercam programming is a plus.

Responsibilities include:
- Set up, Program and Run CNC Lathes
- Inspect your own parts
- Maintain accurate inspection documentation using precision measuring instruments
- Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes
- Maintain a safe working environment
