Job Description:

Role: CNC Machine Programmer and Operator

Location: Ocean Township, NJ/Onsite

Job Type: Fulltime/Permanent

Shift:This is a first shift opportunity, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

Summary

· Candidate must be able to operate the required CNC machines and complete setup of machines like the Haas VF4ss.

· Will also operate and program other machines such as Mazak Integrex I-200S, Mori Seiki NLX2500SY, and Super VF2.

· The position does not require the candidate to have knowledge of how to operate every machine; however, must have experience and knowledge to operate some of them or other machines that are similar in nature.

· Programming experience using Esprit or Mastercam

· Candidates must possess 5-10 years of solid CNC experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Working with project management on new product development

· Receives input from manufacturing, process, method and manufacturing engineering

· Mistake Proofing

· Create programs

· Set up and run equipment

· Design and creation of holding fixtures for machining processes- Ability to read micrometers and shop measuring equipment

· Good basic math and documentation skill

Education & Experience:

· High school and technical education preferred.

· Must have 5+ years’ experience in CNC machining of metal components and programming, supervisory experience preferred. Manual experience along with design experience.
