CNC Operator/Engineer

CNC engineer/operator responsible for the programming, maintaining, testing, and using our 5-Axis CNC mill and CNC Lathe with Y axis and a robot in the manufacturing department. We are seeking a skilled individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, a can-do attitude and crazy mad fabrication skills to assist in our metal fabrication line. We manufacture a line of hot rod products for Muscle Cars and have grown and added state of the art equipment.

If you understand G-code, how a 6-axis back gauge operates, know what the K-factor is for mild steel or are desperate to learn, you should work here. If you can MIG and TIG weld, hold tight tolerances in Aluminum, Steel and Exotic sheet metal materials, you should work here. If you are into vintage automobiles or motorcycles and want to make parts for them, you should work here.

We currently have an Haas UMC-750 5-axis CNC Mill, an Haas ST10Y Lathe with a robot, an RMT 110 ton 6-axis Press Brake, and a Trumpf 1030 Fiber Laser.. We use Fusion 360, Metamation and TOPS-Boost to program the machines. We are searching for experienced fabricators, operators, managers and even those with a maker-based attitude to learn how manufacturing works to join our team. We do work in the Automotive aftermarket, Aerospace, Defense and Industrial fields. If you think the ability to cut, fold, carve and weld custom parts is something that is right for you, come join our team.

We are looking for all levels, from Management and Business Development to junior fabrication team member. The ideal junior team member will have metal fabrication and management skills. Drilling, deburring and welding. You will be able to measure sheetmetal and finished parts accurately and identify different metals (steel vs. Aluminum as an example). You probably have already made some small projects using basic hand tools - bring one you are proud of along and show it off, we enjoy seeing what other craftsman create.

We drug test and require you to pass a complete background check. We are looking for a long-term, growth oriented team member. You do not need to already posses every skill or have the Laser and CNC machine experience, but you should have the drive and desire to attain them.
