As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and efficiency in the production of our products.

- Set up and operate CNC machines according to provided specifications
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to meet production requirements
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficient in using CNC machines and related tools
- Familiarity with programming languages such as G-code and CAM programming
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques and processes
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls is a plus
- Ability to perform quality control checks on finished products
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
