Cnc Machinist Apprentice Paid Program.

Earn while you Learn a valuable high demand skill! This company partners with the National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) to offer a paid apprenticeship Program for Machinists. NIMS standards-based credentials validate knowledge, skills and abilities. Credentials are earned throughout six competency based assessments. Next Classroom starts July 7, 2024.

• An Associates Degree Tuition Costs would be approximately $13,258. Versus this "Learn WHILE you Earn" 9 month program with the potential of earning $23,914 with FREE Schooling gaining a valuable high demand skill!
• This is a Direct Hire (not temp) position with Full Benefits
• You would start as a "Machine Operator" and work your way into the CNC tier structure as proficiency is demonstrated.
• STARTING PAY: $18.48/hr starting pay
• SCHEDULE: Full-time 7:30-4pm M-F, in class all day on Fridays.
• Training Materials and exams are covered by the company
• Promotion to CNC Machinist Pay Scale is awarded once proficiency is demonstrated.
• No reimbursement payback on schooling received if you decide this isn?t for you.
• Approx 9mth Program

50% on-the-job training with Seasoned Machinists

Qualifications:
Must be 18yrs of age or older.
Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent
Must be a US Citizen
ATTENDANCE and FULLY COMMITTED to the Program is critical. Must be able to commit to the program and attendance requirements.
