Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Use a variety of tools and equipment, including milling machines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of parts
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Inspect finished products using measuring instruments
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques and processes
- Experience with various types of machinery.
- Familiarity with plastics injection molding, stamping dies or aerospace tooling is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools and operate a forklift safely
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
