Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC machinist to join our team, producing high-quality parts for clients in the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will have journey-level skills and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a machine shop environment. Must be able to perform job setup with little or no supervision, and have a strong understanding of tool selection and programming.

Must be able to perform job setup with little or no supervision, and have a strong understanding of tool selection and programming.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Select and install appropriate tooling
- Monitor and adjust machine operation as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine problems
Requirements:
- Must posses a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in a team environment
