This individual will be required to do the repair of CNC production machinery as well as physical facilities upkeep. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Duties, Responsibilities, and Functions:
- CNC machining repair
- Experience in troubleshooting PLC's, HVAC, and in dealing with 3 phase power is desired
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and facilities
- Perform a variety of electrical and mechanical trade functions to include installation, maintenance, upgrade and repair of equipment
- Wire power and controls for machines. Repair and upgrade as specified
- Understanding preventative maintenance programs and the development of those programs
- Reassemble equipment and tests performance as needed
- Respond to verbal or written instructions for safety concerns and issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 5 years previous experience of being a well-rounded maintenance mechanic
- Advanced certifications in welding, electricity, or other related disciplines are desired
