Cnc Lathe Operator

Job Summary:
Resin Systems is a manufacturer of custom thermoset resin castings utilizing epoxy, urethane and silicone materials designed for highly dependable performance in hundreds of demanding applications and environments. Resin Systems creates components for a wide range of industries including Semiconductor, RF Microwave and Medical.

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality precision parts. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to fabricate parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions
- Measure and inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to ensure accuracy and quality of parts
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Previous experience operating CNC lathes or similar machining equipment is required
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls is preferred
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering drawings
- Knowledge of machining techniques and processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Basic computer skills, including experience with CAD software is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
