Summary

I am currently seeking a CNC Machinist/Programmer that is highly skilled in both Lathe & Mill machining to join the team at one of the fastest growing manufacturers/distributors of standard and custom gaskets, seals, converted products, and machined parts in the valley. Shift Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

Compensation: Offering a starting base salary between 75-80k, based on experience.

Position Requirements

• Minimum5years’ experience in CNC Mill & Lathe programming, set up, and operation.
• Minimum 2 years’ Fusion 360 experience.
• Able to read blueprints, instruction sheets and CNC programs.
• Ability to troubleshoot programs/ setups.
• Experience in working with various materials (Stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, sheets etc.)
• Preferred experience in job shop environment a plus but not required.
• Experience in AutoCAD is a plus but not required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Program withFusion 360from print and or solid model to finished piece part: Set-up machines and instruct operations to run production.
• Perform required set-ups to achieve first article inspection on Haas VF2 Mills and Acra Lathe.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
