We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team on the 2nd Shift. As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components.

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.
Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Ability to set up and operate CNC lathes independently.
Strong understanding of machining principles and processes.
Attention to detail and quality assurance.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills for machine programming and data entry.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
CNC Machining certification or relevant vocational training.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC lathe machining.
Ability to work the 2nd Shift.
