We values our incredible CNAs and want to ensure they practice at top of their license to better optimize their skills and experience. We’ve also developed a career path framework for CNAs that clarifies paths to move, develop and advance CNA careers into nursing and other roles. The CNA provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• Six months previous CNA experience, preferred
• HS Diploma or GED, required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Basic computer skills
• Previous telemetry experience, preferred
• Previous nursing Unit Secretary or medical office experience, preferred
• Graduate of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program, preferred 
• Once hired, successful Completion of ECG Exam will be required annually
• Current state CNA license for applicable state of employment 
  • Also willing to consider Telemetry Tech/Nursing Unit Secretary for this position if candidate does not possess CNA license
    • Strong experience with Telemetry preferred
    • If hired as Tele Tech/Nursing Unit Secretary, different pay scale applies as follows: $17.00 - $27.68/hr
      
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association required
• Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred

Physical Reqirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $28.50 / hour
