CNA/PCA/HHA (Monday to Sunday, 8:30am to 12:30pm)

Job Title: Home Health Aide

Duties:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
- Document and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare personnel.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Skills:
- Nurse: Knowledge of basic nursing principles and procedures.
- Assisted living: Familiarity with the needs and challenges of individuals in assisted living facilities.
- Medication administration: Ability to safely administer medications following proper protocols.
- Suture care: Understanding of wound care and the ability to provide appropriate care for sutures.
- Pediatrics: Experience or knowledge in caring for pediatric patients.
- Lift techniques: Proficiency in using proper lifting techniques to assist clients with mobility.
- Epic/eClinicalWorks: Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation purposes.
- Airway management: Ability to assess and manage airway obstruction in emergency situations.
