Desert Mountain Care Center is looking to sponsor 15 qualified candidates for an in-house hosted CNA program happening soon!

Desert Mountain Care Center is a 99 bed skilled nursing facility with a sub-acute unit here in Indio, California. We are looking for candidates that are interested in growing their career and being part of an amazing culture.

How Does it Work?

• Applicants will be interviewed by the facility Administrator.
• Chosen applicants will be awarded a scholarship with a partnering CNA school.
• You will complete a portion of the program online, designated to be completed at a specific time.
• Tentative start date Online Theory: March 01, 2024
• Theory Completion Deadline: March 15, 2024
• You will be doing your clinical rotation here at Desert Mountain with a licensed instructor.
• Clinical schedule: March 18, 2024 - April 5, 2024, Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (at Desert Mountain Care Center)
• You will be hired as soon as the program is completed.
• We are hiring for PM shift (2:00 - 10:30 pm) and NOC shift (10:30 - 7:00am)
• Pay rate listed on indeed applies only at completion of program and upon meeting requirements for full time employment.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
