Valley County Health System Home Health Department is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team. This position is scheduled 40 hours each week on the day shift. There are no weekends and no holidays! A company car is included!
JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for providing care in the patient's place of residence, completing assigned homemaking duties, and completing all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS: • Current CNA licensure for the state of Nebraska • Must meet state law educational requirements • Must be free of any criminal record such as any type of abuse • Previous nursing home and/or Home Health experience preferred but not required • Demonstrated safe and appropriate care within the standards of practice • Independent problem-solving skills and self-directed work experience • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
